Obtaining Certified Copies

• Please complete the Application for Non-Genealogical Certified Copy Vital Record Birth, Death, or Marriage and deliver this in person with your ID and if necessary any documents proving your relationship to the individual on the vital record. 
• Certified copies are $5 each payable by cash, check, or money order payable to "Hampton Township."
• Acceptable forms of identification for obtaining a vital record can be found here.
