Bear Proof Cans

Please see the following attachment on the receipt of bear resistant garbage cans. 

Residents who currently reside in the Crandon Lakes neighborhood, can to pick up your can on Friday, May 17th between 2:00pm-5:00pm. You must bring the received letter and proper ID is required. Please note, the pick up hour on the 17th has been extended by 1 hour, ending at 5:00pm. 

If you received a notice for a bear proof can and were unable to make your pick up on either the 10th or 17th, the final day for can collection will be Saturday, June 1st from 9am-12pm. Please still bring the letter you received in the mail and proper ID. 

If you RESIDE at any of the above listed areas and/or streets and you do not receive your letter, please call 973-383-5570 prior to 2:00pm on May 17th.
